Update- After speaking to Jason (the Franchisee of the company) I am giving this place 5 stars. He went out of his way to see to the issue getting fixed and accommodated me for the lost time from work due to the issues on this matter happening repeatedly. He was very sincere and understanding and reassured me that I should not have the same issue. I want to say thank you for the kindness and good customer service and due to those reasons this place deserves the 5 stars I am giving it. Things can always be turned around if corrected and he did just that. Very good guy running this company. I never usually have issues with ordering my sub here. And I do like the subs. Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The meal was well-seasoned, fresh, and filling without being heavy. Service was quick and welcoming, which made it perfect for a midday break. Prices were fair and the quality matched. Highly recommend for a casual lunch. Aneiyah Was great and very welcoming keep up the great work!!!

First of all, I just wanted to say what a pleasant experience I had with the staff here last week, amazing customer service! Massive thank you to Ash who was extra kind and took her time to ensure we got the perfect sandwich with a welcoming smile. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on.
