This is my second or third time ordering from here and always getting hard bread! See video

I found a fly in my sandwich, right in between the meat. Absolutely disgusting. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were completely nonchalant about it, which made it even worse. No urgency, no real apology, nothing. This was at the Forest Hills, Queens location. Please be more careful with people’s food. Open your eyes and take food safety seriously. You get no stars from me.

I’ve heard so many great things about this store. When i finally had one close enough I couldn’t wait to try. Their sandwiches are so delicious and filling good thing I bought the bigger size because your definitely want more then one piece.

Made a two-star review around two months ago regarding inconsistency. Decided to give them a try today and I will say please keep whoever you had on the grill and making sandwiches on 1/5/26. Good portions, accurately made and actually good looking sandwiches, which I've never seen from this location.

First time getting Jersey Mike's i wasn't to sure what to order, Sergio and his staff took care of me recommended some sandwiches everyone was very greeting and pleased to help me. I will definitely come back and try another great sandwhich (I tried the original Italian)
