I’ve been ordering from Jersey Mike’s for years. I’ve always been happy to spend a bit more because I know what I’m getting—usually great quality and reliable service. But lately, it feels like that standard is slipping. This is the second time I’ve received a sandwich with lettuce, even though I clearly requested no lettuce. And this time, it wasn’t just a mix-up—it looked like someone realized the mistake, scraped off most of it, and hoped I wouldn’t notice. But I did. The bread was soggy, and there were shredded pieces left behind. It felt lazy, rushed, and frankly, disrespectful. I’m not mad about one wrong ingredient. I understand that mistakes happen. Hello Good afternoon. I was very happy I could order Jersey Mike's in GrubHub here in Des Moines WA State. I Grew up in NJ. It feels good to have sandwiches like this. Miss that East Coast Taste. Every time I go to this location people are rude, they are out of ingredients like bread. I end up having to go to the 348th location which is awesome. Just picked up sub at 348th location. The had fully stocked bread and meats. Makes you wonder why the difference when owned by same franchise.

Tuna sandwich was delish! Fun relaxed staff! They really seem to love their jobs🙂

Been a regular for some time and must say I've never been disappointed. Service and quality of food have been excellent. Keep up the good work!
