Sent my coworker to grab us lunch. This is how it looked when I opened it. Messy and literally 2 pieces of meat! We spent over $40 on just lunch for us 2 and I am highly disappointed

My experience easily could have been 5 stars. However, the staff made it easier for me to delete stars. Their customer service was lacking in a lot of areas. They barely open their mouths… like what is my total? Why are you standing around looking clueless? Do I ring up my own order?! Like say something…

Amber is a 10/10 the entire staff was honestly amazing store was clean! sandwhich was neat! music was perfect! i loved my experience here!

I've been in this store several times and have written how well the service was, but I was disappointed with this visit. Service was very slow, despite my seeing more workers than normal. Bacon was cooked too hard, almost burnt and customer service was blase.

If I could give this particular establishment a zero I would. The manager there is very disrespectful and rude. He doesn’t deserve to not only be a manager, but in customer service period. I told him I didn’t want salt on my sandwich and this man argued me down. He called me a dumb ass and even told me I didn’t know how to order a sandwich. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau and making a complaint with the company. If this is the kind of person they want running their business then it will be ran to the ground. In case you’re wondering it’s the tall black man. I don’t have his name but really the way he acts he should be nameless anyway. Jersey Mike’s deserves better representation.
