Jersey Mike's Subs

We went in at 5 PM They were not busy and yet all the tables were not clean the floor was not clean. When the young lady gave me sub from grill asked for pickles honestly felt like she threw the one container down! We should have left!!!!They were out of swet tea My husband said they were out sweet tea. We sat at a dirty table to eat being we do not live around the corner 5:30 still no seet tea. When asked about the manager the young man with the chain with the letter S told me the manager is off on slow days, 3 of them are the same rank the other two must of been new. The one young man agreed with me while checking out the tables were dirty and he just came to work. Again no tables were cleaned while we were there.We did see the young man wiped the counter down then same rag wiped

Walked in and stayed for about 10 mins waiting to order. I was looking forward to a nice sub after a full day of work and driving over an hour back home. No one came up to take my order. I walked out after a while as I got tired of waiting. Shitty service here

Terrible service. Friend picked up a meal for us. Asked for double meat, barely got a normal order of meat. Reached out to the store directly and no response. Filed a corporate complaint, no response. Driving to the Edgewater store is worth it. Their standard order has twice as much meat, you get greeted and treated like a customer and not just another number.

Food is here is ok. We ordered catering for a graduation party. When I went to pick it up, they were behind. The cashier was handling money then assembling my sandwiches. The manager referred to me as a “Karen” because I said it was unsanitary.

We had the American club sub Mike's way. Good sandwich. They forgot the bacon. I didn't miss it.
