Jersey Mike's Subs

Usually their subs are great…. This is what I got today. Man this sub left me still hungry because where is the meat? I guess it depends who is working, what day, and what time you go. This is the hot Italian. A got this exact sub a few weeks ago and it was very meaty. Now today, I get little broken up pieces of meat slapped on my sub? I would appreciate to get what I pay for, no matter what day or time it is. Where is the consistency? Is there someone able to explain to me if this is the STANDARD now? If this is the standard, I won’t get it again. Thanks.

TLDR: Even though it is a chain, the Jersey Mike’s in Dundalk stands out for consistently great food and exceptional service. Reliable, friendly and always delivers a top tier hoagie experience. I am usually not one to write reviews for chain restaurants, as I tend to expect a uniform experience wherever I go. That said, this Jersey Mike’s in Dundalk consistently stands out from the pack and deserves recognition. I have been eating Jersey Mike’s since well before they expanded into Maryland, first discovering them back in the mid 2000s. No matter where I am, I can always rely on them for a solid hoagie. Best subs period. Ive lived in the Philly area and they have the best cheesesteak outside of Philly. The Italian is amazing as well. Bread is perfect. Little pricey but worth it for quality

What happened to your customer service and food quality? When at the location, I stood at the register for 7 minutes without being acknowledged however other people were. Upon opening my sub, the entire bottom was saturated with grease and so soggy, it was not edible. Picture attached. This will be my last visit, and i feel a refund should be in order.

The roast beef and provolone sub is what I normally order. The last 2 times the roast beef has been full of fat and not good quality. I am done with this Jersey Mike’s. Just not good anymore!
