Jersey Mike's Subs

12pm on a Saturday, very busy. But I just had to try the new Hot Italian, it’s excellent by the way! So the lady in front of me wanted gluten free bread. Chris, employee, took it as a serious allergy and asked many questions and offered to change her gloves. Lady said it wasn’t necessary, it wasn’t a severe allergy. Chris then relayed gluten info to guy making the sandwich. Top notch employees here. I always have a great experience when I go to this location.

When I came in there were two people in front of me. I didn't know what I wanted so the person working the counter finished the people's subs, which is fine. No problem. Then he prep cut several orders of meat prior to asking me again what I wanted. During this time he mentioned to a coworker that he was concerned that a family of six was coming in and was about to be busy. I placed my order before they even walked in the door and before he made my sub he then took the order of the family of six people that came in behind me. I had already been there for five minutes! He then proceeded to make their subs before he even started with mine. I was standing there in disbelief. After realizing he had no clue, I just left. Nothing special about the food, just a normal Jersey Mikes, but WOW the staff. Huge kudos to the team for an amazing culture. It’s rare to experience “fast food” workers that are so friendly, upbeat and efficient. From the second I walked in I was greeted politely and promptly. I’ll be back for the good prices and great people.

Jersey Mike's is becoming my favorite sub shop !! Food is great !! Lots of toping !! Lots of meat !! Lots of cheese!! Not leaving you short at all !! Very friendly and inviting staff !!

Jimi at the DuBois Jersey Mikes is an amazing person. My sandwiches were made with excellence and she even asked me a couple of times just to make sure the sandwiches were perfect . Which they were!!!!
