My friends and I had an excellent lunch here! When we first arrived the employees let us know they were a little backed up because of the long lind but they crushed it and we didnt even notice any delays! Chase took great care of us. He's friendly and upbeat. He and his coworkers went above and beyond.

Hands down the best Jersey Mike's I have ever been to, and is going to become my regular! As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was amazing - the lobby was full, and yet the employees still greeted me with a smile. There was a long line and still very little wait time, and everyone was just the perfect mix of personable and professional. A young woman named Ariel put my sandwich together, and she was perfect. She made it exactly the way I wanted it and I only had to tell her what I wanted the one time -- no repetition, just confirmation. While seamlessly putting together the juiciest sandwich I've had, she still also managed to compliment my outfit and ask me about my day. Excellent service!! Shoutout Max for being so friendly. Love this location, very quick and super accommodating. They’re gluten free bread is amazing and I appreciate they're precautions.

It’s beyond aggravating ordering online with this store because they can never get it right and always fail to read order instructions. I asked for extra ingredients and they put absolutely none of those on my order, while still charging me for the extra I didn’t receive. I would love a credit of some sort and also I DO NOT recommend ordering online with them whatsoever.

Usually get a sandwich to go around 3pm. Always fast, good and right!
