Placed a pickup order for 5 sandwiches about 45 minutes in advance, and when I arrived, they still weren’t ready. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the order isn’t prepared on time? It was frustrating to stand there watching them make our sandwiches one at a time in between walk-in customers instead of having the pickup order ready as scheduled. If you offer online pickup, it should actually save customers time — not make them wait even longer. Really disappointing experience. Food quality was good and consistent.
Jersey subs are yes expensive but yes they are a sub above. This place was clean and spacious. Several staff on hand.
More expensive than their competitors but it's hard to beat their Philly. Service is always fast and friendly as well.
Very friendly staff. This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. The food was really good, and they served us quickly.
