Lolita Bakery (Cornelia)

This bakery is a real hidden gem. They open early at 6am and everything is made fresh daily — you can taste the difference right away. The sweet bread is soft and fresh, the cakes are delicious without being overly sweet, and the hot chocolate and coffee are perfect for a morning stop. What really stands out is the service. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time walking in. It’s the kind of place that feels local, authentic, and worth going out of your way for. Definitely recommend stopping by early and trying a little of everything.

A coworker and I went in here for a small treat and ended up with 2 bags worth of treats when we left. The customer service was beyond amazing and the food itself was as well! I highly highly recommend visiting Lolita Bakery. We will definitely be returning customers.

The business is clean, the customer service is spectacular, and the desserts are phenomenal!! I HIGHLY recommend the churro cheesecake! The tres leches cakes are also divine!

Yummy treats with amazing price for bakery items. I got 3 items that were under $6. The business needs a better menu and name tags on the dishes for those who haven't ever ate those bakery treats. The restaurant was clean and cozy. Service was very nice. I will be back when in Cornelia.
