Quickly served and order was made just right. Savannah helped me out and made the experience wonderful. Also this location makes the best cookies. Perfect amount of gooey ness.

Wyatt was my server tonight, and he did a wonderful job. Was very friendly, and great customer service. I don’t often do reviews, but I felt he deserved a shout out. I eat Jersey mikes a lot, and out of all my times getting it, he stood out and did great!

Understaffed. 3 workers during lunch rush in way over their heads. Line out the door, barely moving.. terrible experience. Sign of a poorly manager location. E: lol one of the workers left to the back so now it's 2 workers handling the lunch rush. Great. The person working the register is making sandwiches too without changing gloves. Disgusting. E2: this review is not indicative of the staff, who were doing their best in a bad situation. This is a management issue

I ordered 3 subs for delivery. All 3 of them were on the wrong bread. When I called they informed me they were out of both wheat and rosemary parm. I understand running out of food, but no on bothered to call and tell me so that I could make a choice. And when I called and asked why nobody called, I was met with silence

If you want a quality sandwich shop experience, this is not the store. My first clue that something was odd, was the lack of customers. Only one employee was actively working while the other two were not interested in customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
