Jersey Mike's Subs

There is a very high frequency sound coming from a motor up near the ceiling that cycled off and on several times while we ate these beautifully prepared sandwiches built by some true sandwiche artists! Kinda killed our vibes. Dampen it for your employees please?! Thank you!

Omg AMAZING! The sandwiches were absolutely perfect, and the bread was outstanding!! WOW! We live in Mason City so we don't get to experience Jersey Mike's often. But today, not only the sandwiches were great, but the staff was a well!! Very kind and outgoing... super nice! Great job Clive!!

My husband and I came in VERY excited after he had to fast for 2 days to have a procedure done. The staff was all just kind of "blah". They did not interact with each other. No friendly smiles to the customers. My club sandwich was done very quickly, but we had to wait about 20 minutes for my husband's philly cheesesteak to be done. You would think the hot sandwich line was busy, but there were NO other sandwiches being made at the time - the girl making the hot sandwiches was walking around doing nothing while we stood there waiting. She FINALLY started to make it when it appeared a couple other orders came in and they were all made together. Zero sense of urgency from anyone at all. My wife and I have been to this location a handful of times and its always an experience we look forward to. We recognized Tate from another location we used to visit regularly. He always has this impossibly positive, uplifted attitude that I think we could all use. He and Amir made our sandwiches and they have a great handle on portion control and customer interactions. There were two girls working as well and I cant recall their names but they were wonderfully friendly as well. This people aren't the type of people you just see working at a sub shop, they have future leadership material ingrained into them and Im thankful our world exists with them part of it. I have a Gluten allergy, and it's hard to find a fast but fresh food place to eat. The staff took special care with prepping my order, all with efficiency. They were friendly, the restaurant was very clean and well lit.
