Love the food! Even better than the food, though, are the people who work here and they way the run the place. This location has very much a “hometown shop” kind of feel. It’s nice seeing familiar faces and nice that they remember you and genuinely welcome you in (or welcome you back). I feel valued here and will definitely continue going back.

Dylan and the team is awesome. This is my go to spot but tonight they went above and beyond. My car got damaged in the lot from ice while in their shop. They gave me contact info and got me in touch with the property. Then, Dylan sends me a text to check in on me. Team is awesome.

So I have been to this location a few times and noticed a few red flags but today was it. The boys in there for the most part are okay I just don’t understand why everyone has long hair and no hairnets just hats🫠. Also the tall black boy not sure what his problem was but he ranged up the people in front of me and behind me and just skipped over my ticket. He then just gave me my sub no bag but gave others a bag. Whn i asked for a bag he had a stupid grin on his face? Not sure who teaches these kids basic manners and customer service but yeah never again lol

Dylan Ryan Ethan and ManagerJordan was great they gave great service with smiles very professional the best experience I’ve ever had here, my sandwiches was made with care thanks for having them aboard.

Had never eaten at a Jersey Mike's but now will try another after a very pleasant experience and meal at this franchise off Iron Bridge Road. Very efficient staff and my Philly cheese steak with shrooms, peppers and onions on wheat was wonderful.
