Jersey Mike's Subs

Customer service was great even though they were busy. I was notified at the time of my order the approximate wait time which was nice. Food was great and made exactly as we ordered it. I highly recommend trying their root beer, it is much better than the standard you get at other places. I also love that they sell celcius energy drinks.

Loved my experience here! Only my second time coming here, but will be coming here again and recommending to others. I love that you can have a gluten free sub here, and the bread doesn’t make you feel like you’re choking from dryness of it 😂. It’s nice and they really pack on the ingredients (not just lettuce). The ingredients here are way better quality than most chain sub shops (subway, I’m looking at you.) I used to prefer jimmy johns, but the only option for gluten free they have is lettuce. I really appreciate that Jersey mikes did not do use gluten free people dirty like that. My husband and I also had a great experience with customer service, Carl was very personable and kind to us and gave us recommendations for both hot and cold subs. Was a bit of a wait, but I love their Philly steak and cheese and bread was really fresh...went in today on 8/24/25 at 2:15 I don't know what was going on, but the floors, tables and under tables ,counters where they wrap up your food and by the cutting board were all dirty... Not impressed

I went in at 9pm, 1 hour before they close. I was greeted by a "We are only doing card transactions from now on" I told him I only had cash. He apologized. What happened to cash is king? Please have ur managment refer to Michigan's Senate Bill 283 (2023)

So happy that I was able to try this amazing place for the first time and have the best family like experience! It wouldn’t be this way if it wasn’t for Joe and Parker’s crew
