Jersey Mike's Subs

Very disappointed in this jersey mikes. Placed an order on the app and redeemed my birthday reward and my order was made incorrectly and I had to go back and have it remade. I was happy that they remade it but was disappointed I wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience. THEN when I got back to work I got half way through eating my order and found a black hair in my food.

The quality of service here was incredible. The employees seem to be genuinely happy to be working - their positive energy brought a smile to my face and somehow magically made the food taste better. The politeness of the staff in contrast to my usual experience at similar “fast food” restaurants literally reignited my love for America. Keep up the great work!

I had an issue with my online order and the folks at the Auburn hills location are very pleasant and just honestly provide a good dining experience. Thanks so much, this place is convenient as it's on my way to work.

We prefer this jersey mikes over the one on 24! They are always kind and the quality is superior to other jersey mikes we've visited. Jaz was very helpful and on top of it!

Absolutely amazing experience here at the jersey mikes in auburn hills Baldwin road. Employees are a great help and very fast. They all deserve raises.
