Auburn Hills Public Library

This is my third time visiting the Auburn Hills Public Library while traveling to this area. I wouldn’t say I come here often, but every time I do, I find it to be a charming and welcoming place. The library is located in a quiet neighborhood with a spacious parking lot, which makes visiting hassle-free. Though the building itself isn’t very large, it has a cozy and well-organized layout that gives it a warm and inviting atmosphere. Since I usually visit with my kids, we head straight to the children’s section in the basement. It’s a nice space for young readers, with comfortable seating areas and a cute little nook near the fireplace that adds to the cozy feel. Seriously can't brag highly enough about this gem! Been coming here for 30 years and it only gets better with time! Big shout out to the staff who keep this place clean and positive!

Not the best library in oakland county. Old dated building some of the rooms need a good cleaning. Quiet today but often its rowdy and noisy. Food and drink is limited and only in certain areas. Today i am sitting in the back of the library in a chair. Some tall big white guy with a long pony tail decides to take my picture call someone and tell them i am at the library. Why? He follows me around the library. He appears to work there. He did nothing but walk around. He even took a picture of my car. Had some black guy all over my car on the parking lot and the library is right around the corner from the police station. Just a hot mess i will not be back!!!🤪 Today saturday i am at this libary to charge a phone and relax for a few hours. I am told that i am keeping an emoloyee from doing his

Best youth department ever. It might not look like the biggest, fanciest space but the programs, the story times, the summer reading, everything they do is just next level. Quantity & quality. They’re seriously amazing and so so so creative. I know I’ll never find another library I love this much. Thank you to Ms Candie & Ms Nicki and everyone else!!
