Jersey Mike's Subs

Solid experience at this Jersey Mike's location. The sandwich quality is consistent, and I appreciate the fresh ingredients. I got the #13 (The Original Italian), which was tasty and filling. The shop was a bit busy, so it took a little longer than expected to get my food, but the staff was working hard to keep up. A reliable choice if you aren't in a massive rush.

I ordered a hot sub and was told it could be 5-10 minutes. While I waited I saw the staff struggling with the to-go orders. I saw them switching sandwiches from one bag to another multiple times. Its a miracle anyone gets the right order. I finally get my order after waiting 30 minutes. Gal handed it to me and instead of apologizes for the crazy wait time she said "Here you go". I will not be back.

Update: Be careful ordering a bowl. I did not realize they didn’t come with lettuce or anything? I would’ve just ordered the sandwich if I had known better. Food and service are great though when ordering at the restaurant, just know it’ll take awhile.

Gave me the wrong order and then said they’ve been busy and there’s only two people it was just put in the wrong bag. Sympathy as I’ve worked low staff myself, but that’s not the customers fault.No offer to resolve my issues. Never ordering from here again sticking with Jimmy Johns from here on.

I typically never leave reviews but the service here was terrible. If it would allow me to leave no stars I would but it forces at least a 1 star. I understand that it is the 4th of July and I'm sure you don't want to work but you still don't need to treat customers poorly. It was our first time ordering here and we weren't sure how it worked. We did have a larger order as we were ordering 7 sandwiches. I had then all written down to make it as smooth as possible on what we wanted on each sandwich.
