Jersey Johnnys Grill

I have been eating here since it was Falls View Grill, back in the day. Although the name changed many years ago, it’s still my favorite place to go for comfort foods like Texas weiners (chili dogs), fries with cheese & gravy, and their sweet ion rings and cheese sticks are awesome too. When I’m getting lucky they have rice pudding- I buy 3 at a time and never leave without a pint of chili sauce for home. Foods great. Staff is friendly and tables are always clean.

Hot dog all the way? Perfect. Cheeseburger? Delicious. Fries? Crispy and satisfying—though I personally would’ve loved just a pinch more salt, but that’s just me. The prices are great, the food hits the spot, and the place stays busy for a reason. You can feel the local love. I’ll definitely be back!

First time here and the food and service was very good! Greeted with smiles, was not rushed to order and they made sure they got the order right. Ample seating is available and plenty of onsite parking. The vibe is relaxed and just comfortable for a solo visit or groups. They play music at a normal volume and it seems to be pretty much pop hits. Prices are very good especially compared to a few other places I saw when trying to find a good hot dog spot. They have wings! They also have sandwiches and even salad 🥗. Everything was fresh and the portions and toppings are plentiful. Will definitely stop by again when in the area.

This place is known for their hot dogs for a reason, they're amazing. They also have the best mozzarella sticks and fantastic burgers. Great selection of drinks too, the only place around, to my knowledge, that has Stewart's Root Beer. Staff is friendly and quick. 10/10 this place is a staple for my family.

This Jersey Johnny's on Newark Pompton Turnpike just across the Pompton River from the Wayne border, has the same superlative food as its namesake in Little Falls. The hot dogs are top notch, my favorite being the All The Way dog, with a chili that possesses a nice kick to it. My hamburger was done quite well with a caring crispness, and the coffee was on the spot. Service, though young, was outstanding and also informative. Not only did I learn a little more about the connection between the two Jersey Johnny's, but I also learned that there is a third eatery in the family, the Belmont Grill in North Haledon. All told, another very satisfying experience and a reason now to once again visit now two other locations.
