Jeremiah's Italian Ice

When I walked in I immediately noticed the cashier had headphones on (beats), she had her iPad in her hands while taking my order at the front counter (she was on the phone), she also put it on the container where our ice was taken out of, no gloves as well as didn’t see her wash her hands after touching her iPad, the ice was not flavorful and was watered down. I never experienced this from somewhere that relied on cleanliness and customer service

this place is awesome and I will come back many times. i had the root beer gelati and it was delicious. the soft serve is creamy and delicious!. the lemon Italian ice had real bits of lemon in it. Great place to take the family for a cold treat.

I really enjoyed the Italian ice! I value getting a good treat for a reasonable price! The girls that helped us were sweet! The restaurant was clean! I definitely recommend it!

Delicious! I had the P-nutty/ Chocolate Jelati at the recommendation of a friend and it did not disappoint! If you've never had Italian ice don't make the mistake of thinking it's like a slushy or sno-cone. It's definitely not! The person I was with thought that's what it was and I couldn't convince them otherwise until they saw it and tasted it for themself. It's smoother and creamier and mixed with the soft serve ice cream it's delicious!

good treats but why don’t we have customer service anymore ? No hello when we walked in . no smile . was on the phone also so probably annoyed we stopped her convo . gave us attitude and sighed bc they didn’t put the order in right . if you don’t want to work then don’t . don’t hire little kids and not teach them about customer service . we came in a hour before closing . a hour. so if your annoyed we’re here a HOUR before closing find another job . i get if ur having a bad day but still i work in customer service and don’t take it out on the customers
