I live right across the street and was excited to see an ice cream place open up so close. I think Jeni's ice cream is very good. It has a unique mouth feel and flavor with plenty of varieties. The staff is always friendly. The reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have not had very good success with app orders. The app itself is easy to use. But more than once, when picking up, the order was wrong. One time, my order was missed completely. And if I may suggest, there should be a signed place for online pickup orders. I have been given conflicting instructions when picking up, one employee saying I have to wait in line, another time I was told I did not have to wait. Overall, I am very happy to make Jeni's my go to ice cream place.

Despite visiting them towards the end of their 4 hour opening night, their employees were patient and kind. I asked the employee scooping if they wanted all 4 of my scoop choices at once, and they impressed me by getting all 4 correct without asking for a reminder. I got the Lemon Pound Cake, the Boyesenberry Oatmeal Crisp, Ooey Gooey Butter Cake, and Cookie Dough (don't quote me on the exact names) with a waffle cup on the side. All four were delicious with a smooth, creamy texture even after a 12 min drive home. My favorite was easily the Gooey Butter cake, it had all the textures you'd expect: Cake, Gooey caramel, and of course the ice cream. In 2nd place was the Boyesenberry Oatmeal Crisp, the berry flavor shone through the cream and the added texture of the crisp made it quite the
