JBC Rice Noodles & Ramen

Ok this place is incredible!!! Service was great! The owner was so nice and attentive, the mala spicy soup was delicious (I got chicken) but prepare for the spice! I also got the pork and shrimp and spicy pork dumplings and definitely recommend the spicy pork, they’re the best I’ve ever had! Explosion of taste in each dumpling!! Cucumber salad was fresh and crunchy and the strawberry green tea was amazing as well. Please give this place a try and some love you won’t regret it 🥺 prices are also very reasonable!

Hidden Gem for noodle lovers! This is hands down the best rice noodles in the DMV area! We stopped here during our road trip to DC and it turned out to be the best meal of the whole trip. The rice noodles were absolutely delicious: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I also highly recommend the ramen, the spicy mala noodles, and the fruit tea. Everything we tried was fantastic. What made the experience even more special was the service. The manager Jessie was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She even took great care of my baby by bringing some fresh vegetables and soup, which we truly appreciated while traveling. Amazing food, warm hospitality, and a memorable stop on our trip. Highly recommend!

I have been here multiple times now and have to say it has become one of my favorite spots! The spicy pork dumplings and the scallion pancakes are my ultimate favorites! Everything is made with such care and even to go orders are packaged amazingly so they won’t spill. The service is friendly and quick. They are always willing to explain something you and answer your questions! There are multiple tables with plenty of space to bring friends. 10/10 recommend!

We came here for an early dinner on a Friday night. There was plenty of seats and we were seated immediately. Very unassuming place playing upbeat Asian music! I wanted to order everything! We started with the cucumber salad with garlic and vegetable dumplings. The first bite of the cucumber was fantastic! The garlic sauce was so good and complimented the cucumber. The vegetable dumplings were really nice. The crispy bottom was great texturally! I had the golden spicy soup with brisket. The sour and spicy was so good. The spice made my nose run a little and at some point I had to blow my nose but in the best way. The brisket was nice and tender. The noodles kept a bit of texture. This was such a unique dish and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The bathrooms were clean. Take the time to come here!

Big shoutout to JBC Rice Noodles & Ramen!! The food, perfectly executed (soup noodles, garlic cucumbers, takoyaki, udon, tom thom, ramen) Prices, affordable and huge portions. The star of the show was the hospitality... we were warmly greeted and had the sweetest, most down to earth waitress! The restaurant was immaculately clean and menu had lots of fun options. She was even so patient and nice, she helped with my horrible attempts at speaking the dozen or so Mandarin phrases I know in addition to the other little things she did (check with my son twice to make sure not too spicey, the candys, tidying up the table, and several other things). 10/10.
