J+B Wellness Cafe - Wildwood

Came in this morning after a hike. This was one of the best smoothie bowls I’ve ever had (and I’m picky!). The fruit was all perfect and fresh. You definitely get what you pay for! I live kind of far away from this place but I have to come back to try more of the menu lol!

Highly recommend this hidden gem in Wildwood! This was my 3rd visit and it has been consistent every time! The Avo toast is the perfect amount to fill you up and stay satisfied for several hours after!

LOVE! We'll be stopping here regularly when we're in the area. My husband enjoyed the espresso and the overnight oats. I had one of the treats and it was SO good. Teenager tried a smoothie. It wasn't quite sweet enough for him, but I think that just shows that it wasn't packed with sugar. Very clean, healthy food and beverage options. Prices reflect that. Great location, street and dedicated parking available. Restrooms. Small kid area. Lots of seating. Some outdoor seating available, too.

This is my go-to spot for a healthy lunch or snack; I am using this food as I make better choices on what food I put in my body and try to be on a healthier diet. To top it off, the decor inside is absolutely beautiful, so I love stopping in here!

Their colorful smoothie bowls and delicious snacks drew me in, but their superfood coffee sealed the deal! This shop has fresh ingredients and owners that are committed to clean fuel for the body. They create their own recipes with organic, clean ingredients for a sustainable meal or healthy snack anytime of day! The wildwood location is the perfect space to eat and work, or sit awhile with friends! They even have a gorgeous patio for nice weather and a kids area for little ones 🫶
