Jay's Deli

Love the food here as well as the renovations. I eat here very often. Never had any issues with my food. The service is great. Even when they're packed with customers everyone gets taken care of in a timely fashion.

As a local, I wish I could give this establishment a great rating. However, the older man working the register has a nasty attitude and disposition. If he doesn’t like his job, he should look for another one that doesn’t require customer service. At no point during my interaction with him was his attitude pleasant, friendly or welcoming, just rude, dismissive and unwelcoming. Our friendly greeting of hello, was not returned, all he could muster up out of his mouth was the price dismissively. I will never return or spend any money at this establishment and I recommend you all do the same.

I came here with my family for the first time and was blown away. The interior was so clean! They were so helpful with the high tech coffee bar and they had so many products to choose from. I was also very surprised by the spacious dining room tucked away to the side. It was a great experience and the food was delicious! Will go back again!

Jays Deli provided the best experience for the movie I was on. Colleen, Zee, Phil, Cal, Kim and everyone there always made me feel welcomed when I called or stopped by. Next time I’m in Highland Mills New York I’ll be stopping by asap. Thank you so much!

Friendly staff, huge variety of foods, snacks, drinks,.fresh cakes, cold beer. There is also a place to sit and eat. Also, amazingly clean, nothing like city dell's we're used to.
