The food is really good. They have a system for the heat on the chicken. It's similar to 1 through 5. 5 is insane, i could not enjoy the tenders. Lmao, i feel like i have a little taste for hot food, their level 5 is not normal. I did 4 and it was better, but i stick with the middle 3 and it's enjoyable every time now. It's really good, and for the same prices as other chicken spots, Jay Bird's portions are a cut above. Nice big portions. The fries are good. The cole slaw is okay, not the best i have had. I had the dirty rice, and again, OK but not the best. I love it just for the chicken.
The quality is superb chicken is moist huge 3 pieces of chicken fries $9.99 much better then raising Cane's one piece of chicken is 3 of theirs and it tastes much better, worth the wait ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I waiting 45 minutes for a burrito that was horrible. The eggs were like soup. The fries were over salty and cold which lets me know they added the salt knowing they were cold. With so many good options in this food court… how could I be so wrong. Never again. I don’t mind waiting for food. But I tipped 20% waited 45 minutes and the food was still horrible. 2/10
Total disappointment with the food, though the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I ordered extra hot spice and it was completely mild. The chicken sandwich itself was a mess: the chicken was under-cooked and the breading was falling right off. The Mac and cheese they put inside the sandwich had zero cheese flavor. The fries were cold and basic. I also paid extra for the "special sauce," which was just cheap ketchup mixed with pizza sauce, a huge rip-off. The ranch dressing was generic, too. Quality control is seriously lacking here. If you're looking for a good chicken sandwich, save your money; it is absolutely not worth it and you will be disappointed. I hope things get better.
For the price, I think the food is very reasonable. We ordered the "Blazin' Fries" and the "3 Tenders and Fries". Both were $10. Compared to Raising Cane's 3 Finger Combo which is currently $10.39 at the Nellis location, the only thing that is missing is the included drink. Taste-wise, I actually like the tenders here better than Cane's. Much more consistent coating of breading, way more seasoned, and a slight edge in chicken quality. The sauce is not as good though imo. My girlfriend in particular did not like the ketchup. The fries are okay, some seasoning added but nothing that special. If you want a step above this in terms of taste, check out Howlin' Ray's at the Venetian. The service was excellent, the young woman at the front counter was super helpful and kind. So in short... reason
