Jay and Ed's Seafood Shack

Ed is a fantastic guy and always happy to share a story or two while giving free shrimp samples from South Carolina. Delish! The Crabs are of high quality in two sizes and a really heavy - good eating. It's worth the stop and never disappoints!

This was my second visit and more to come. The crabs are full of meat, didn't need to spend time on the legs as he gave as a few extras. He even provided some tools to open the oysters, so others were able to learn how open fresh oysters. So much fun, can't thank Ed enough for the memories we made eating seafood at my party. Tip. Bring a coolor to keep the crabs warm and a second cooler with ice to keep the oysters cold. This picture is from the end of the evening when we put the leftovers on ice. Next day cold was just a good. Another Tip. No need for extra old bay, he seasons them as he streams them so it is in the meat. He gave us extra old bay on the side and we didn't need to use it. Best Blue Crabs and Oysters I have ever eaten. All Ed's seafood is super fresh. He gives you a very fair deal on your purchase. I can't wait to get some seafood again. Thanks Ed.
