Javier Bill's Almost Authentic Mexican Food

I've been looking forward to coming back after my last delicious experience.. this time I brought my parents: they absolutely loved it!! My mom and I got the taco platters and my dad a quesadilla with the crema ... The crema is the bomb, it's sour cream whipped with avocado and cilantro!! Everything was amazing, the atmosphere was so fun, we had a phenomenal time! I can't wait to go again!! Absolutely delicious Mexican food!! The tacos I ate today are as good as any Taco truck out west, I'm so happy I found this place! Delicious pork and beef, amazing green sauce, super fresh ingredients and possibly the best margarita I've ever had!! Can't wait to return!!

Such a great establishment. From the delicious & fresh food, to the always friendly service. I’ve never had a bad experience in the 12-15 times I’ve eaten here. (probably more, they’re 2 doors down from my office 😁) This isn’t “Americanized” Mexican, so don’t expect everything covered in cheese. Another reviewer mentioned “California-style”, and I agree. The tacos are street style corn tortillas with a wedge of lime 🍋‍🟩 on the side. Burritos are nice & heavy and full of fresh ingredients. They also do bean and rice options for vegetarian needs. One thing that I love is the full selection of Jarritos sodas. My favorite is the pineapple. As a former Texan, I am so grateful to have absolutely delicious Tex-Mex from Javier Bill’s here in the NEK! The owners are so kind and friendly. I have a severe intolerance to a certain food and they have always been so accommodating and upfront with their ingredients to ensure I have a great experience every single time I eat there (which is about once a week on average haha). We like to eat in when we can but even to go, the food is perfect—and service is always quick and phenomenal. I highly recommend this spot!

I stumbled on this place on a visit home and it surpassed my expectations! It's such a great addition to the NEK and it'll definitely be in my regular rotation now. High quality ingredients, good portions of meat in the tacos, the best horchata I've had in the northeast. Love the music and vibes, too!

Oh thank you so much for bringing this to the NEK. My husband and I are originally from southern California and have missed real mexican food forever. We went yesterday and the food was great. The margaritas were Awesome! Tasted just like home. The music choice was also perfect. We will probably be here every weekend!!!
