Java Moe's Coffee Company

Recently, I visited Purvis location and used the drive-thru window. I handed a written note to the employee with my order: a large hot chocolate made with 2% milk non-fat milk, white whipped cream, and chocolate drizzle. I paid $4.55 for the drink, but I was not given a receipt. After waiting approximately five minutes, I received my hot chocolate. When I began drinking it, the taste did not seem right. It had a stranger flavor. I opened the lid and noticed there was chocolate whipped cream and an excessive amount of chocolate drizzle on top. There was far too much chocolate, which made the drink unpleasant and undrinkable. I was disappointed because I clearly wrote my order and excepted it to be prepared correctly. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and advise how it

My husband showed up 5:59 having no idea they were about to close. He apologized and said he would leave- Jacie, the sweetest cashier, said it was absolutely no problem despite having washed everything up already. She absolutely did not have to do that but she did anyway. Jacie was a wonderful reminder that there are still kind people eager to do their jobs.🤍 she deserves a raise! Coffee was also AMAZING!

Literally the best place ever to get coffee! The staff is absolutely amazing and the sweetest people you'll meet! Laikyn is the absolute best and she has my order started as soon as she sees me!

They always do and great job and everything is just as ordered!

Worker was training another girl. They both were super friendly. I have went multiple times and always met with a smiling face and excellent service.
