Jack's Family Restaurant

The food is always amazing and the young male server is always super polite and always has a great attitude! JACKS is my family's new favorite place to eat in Purvis! The food is wonderfully delicious and affordable, best biscuits and gravy.. if they could add tomato gravy that would be the only thing the are missing in my opinion

This was the first time I have ever eaten at a Jack's. I visited the Purvis location because I was having my motorcycle worked on and it was getting close to lunch time. I ordered at 11:29 am on 1-21-2026. I bought the Big jack meal number 1, asked for a large fry and what I got looked like something from the kids menu. The fry was at best 3 inches wide and 3 inches tall with maybe 10 fries inside of it. The burger was at best the size of 2 McDonald's regular size patties found on their regular size burgers for $1.60. I had no onion, no pickles, sparse lettuce and a thinly sliced tomato. It cost over $9 dollars and in my opinion it was something you would find on a kids menu. The fries were great and the burger was really good but I would expect an adult size fry and burger and not a kids

My boys loves Jack’s chicken! Service is good. I’ve never had an issue. I also DoorDash and I’ve never had an issue while dashing thus far . :)

We love Jack's. The food is great, the employees are very nice. It's a very "at home" atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The manager was tuning the place with shorts,and a t-shirt. Had to decipline an employee. Took us 45 mins. Order was all messed up. Maybe if they had a bit more training and cared a bit more, they would have it made. Maybe show up in proper attire, do the proper training, and be a little extra staffed, even if they were off. Ball game nights are best nights to have extra staff. I hope these tips help for the future and are not taken as rudeness or
