Jaunt Coffee Roasters

Just did a general search for a coffee shop nearby after errands. What a hidden gem! So glad we found it, definitely returning. The Cafe de Olla was the real winner with its notes of orange and spice. The pistachio cold cream was just overly sweet without any pistachio flavor but the rose matcha was perfect with enough matcha to actually taste like matcha. Beef empanada was delicious and is savory (rather than the typical Argentinian style which is sweeter with raisins, often seen in other SD establishments). Nice place to sit and work.

Cin cardamom latter. 🤯 amazing. Not sure why more coffee places dont have this on their menu. Great place to spend time with your kid. Definitely stop by. The espresso served professionally with side of water. Classy There's a bunch of little local shops in this same shopping center. Great time with @healingground.online

Probably one of the best coffee I had in San Diego. The place is not that big and they do get pretty busy for being in a most random place. Parking is also a bit hectic. But it's worth the wait for the coffee.

Jaunt Coffee Roasters in San Diego is one of our favorite coffee spots. The fresh empanadas are excellent. We always get the mushroom or beef ones and every time they come out perfectly baked and full of flavor. The coffee is spot on. It is not too strong or too sweet and the blends of flavors are always well balanced. I have tried the cardamom, rose vanilla, and an ube drink and every single one has been delicious. The customer service is great and the place is always packed which says a lot about how good it is.

How about a hot ube latte? Delicious!! Or cinnamon cardamom? Or rose vanilla? They are delicious! And..I came in one day, went back the next and they remembered I liked half-caffeine..and my name. Nice touches!! Love this place! Ambiance is a great mix of posh and casual. I’ll be back!
