Mr. Ayers expertise and attention to detail made my tax preparation less stressful. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to ensure full compliance with tax laws. I highly recommend James Ayers for anyone seeking top-notch tax services that are both professional and personable.

I gave one star because my initial call went well. Mr. Ayers began to work on two years of tax returns and received a retainer. He did some minor work and stopped responding. He failed to file an extension and overall has been lackluster. Based on his own reports he didn't work or bill my full retainer yet he fails to respond to requests for a refund. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY. Trusted James with our small business and we are now in the process with a new CPA fixing all the “work” James did. Costing us even more money. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Response to business: I am not going to go into full detail. I will say we did come in to get your services and NO the issues were not resolved. As far as the costing us more money comment. Yes, it is going to cost us more money. I am sure you still want to get your payment for your so called services that did not resolve our issues and now we have to pay our new CPA to fix the services you provided.

The staff is so helpful and engaging as well and even with our millions of questions, never acted like we were a bother or they did not have time for us even during this busy season.
