Jade Express - Concord

The food is average but the portions are Great! The price is THE BEST and in these tarrif times thats the attraction! Everyone in the mall comes here!

Was not good at all. Ordered Hibachi and it was the worst. The chicken wasn't done or was chicken backs or something it wasnt edible tender chicken. But the steak was tender and good and the spring rolls were good. Shrimp sauce good. Rice was mushy....just wasn't Hibachi that you'd be used to. The portion was very small for what the pricing was and the to go plates just don't hold up very flemsey and soak easily from the food. The food didn't look like the picture portrayed. My family just picked over most of it said it seemed thrown together.

I was really excited to try Jade Express, but unfortunately, the experience didn't meet expectations. I’ve ordered bourbon chicken with veg fried rice and orange chicken with crispy potatoes.Rice and potatoes were bland and overly greasy. Both chicken dishes had same syrupy flavors and none of the flavors seemed to work well. The portions were decent, but that didn’t make up for the underwhelming taste.

Ordered from door dash for the first time. The food was okay but not my favorite. More upset the fried rice didnt have any flavor but the donuts were the best part of fhe meal. Large portions but the rice taste like minute made rice!

Will not be returning...was charged full price for half portion...bland fried rice
