Mrs. Joy is just amazing!!!! I have been using her and her company for about 3 years now and everyone is always amazed with her beautiful and overly delicious food!!! If you want a spectacular experience, then you need to get on her schedule!!! You won’t be disappointed!

The BEST pancakes I've ever eaten. We were fortunate to book them which immediately told me they were obviously good! Her entire staff was friendly and courteous and the food was made fresh per order. The pancakes are great size and it's easy to tell they're made with love every time. I tried the buttermilk, blueberry, and cinnamon roll pancakes. Buttermilk were the best homemade pancakes I've ever had. The blueberry ones, oh my, the sauce was homemade and not overly sweet like most sauces can be. The cinnamon roll ones were so cool. They tasted just like a cinnamon roll but what made them better was that every bite you could taste the cinnamon swirl like you always want in a cinnamon roll. We decided to order a small pancake board from 27 Pancakes for our son's birthday. The day before, I received a text to confirm the date, time and location. Chef Joy texted me that morning to let me know when she would arrive at our house. Once she had all the food prepared, she took time to describe the board to us. It was so pretty and the food was absolutely amazing!! We had plenty of food to each the next day. Thank you 27 Pancakes for making our son's birthday special.

These pancakes are SO GOOD! So far I’ve had the blueberry, cinnamon roll, buttermilk & then some of the rotating specialties- mexican chicken & strawberry lime coconut and they’re all amazing! The pancakes never disappoint and Joy and her employees are all so kind and amazing!

Tried four types of pancakes (regular, cinnamon, blueberry, red velvet) and they were all amazing! Owner is super nice and a pleasure to talk to, will definitely be back for breakfast again soon!
