I've always done my own taxes online through another tax company. This year, I decided to try Jackson Hewitt because of the early refund options they offer. I'm so glad I did! Lashonda (the sweet lady working the Jackson Hewitt kiosk in our local Walmart) was absolutely amazing. She was very accommodating and very patient. Being a new customer, she took the time to explain to me how their services work and I felt more than comfortable letting her handle my taxes. By the time I left, I knew exactly how much I was getting back from Federal and State. I also had a prepaid card registered and loaded with a portion of my early refund advance! It was a great first experience and I will definitely be using their services again! Thank you, Lashonda!
