Jack's Seafood Boil

Excellent! Great place for a large family gathering (While we were there, two bdays!). Food was excellent. Fresh and well made. Generous portions. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Everything tastes fresh, staff was attentive. All the seafood was evenly coated with all the sauces. The lemon pepper sauce was really good but the Cajun didn’t taste like Cajun just a strong garlic flavor, but I didn’t mind it . The only negative point I have is that at this seafood boil place they don’t give you a plate just the bag. It’s not a big deal but makes it a little hard to eat.

Got a bag of peel and eat shrimp no heads with small whole potato and half piece of corn on cob. Had the house sauce medium heat. One of better peel and eats I have had. On the messy side BYOB was nice. Bathroom was clean.

We had the Combo D with shrimp, clams, crab, eggs, and sausage. The food was really good overall. I would not recommend the onion rings, the onions themselves were a bit thin and cooked through leaving mostly the batter in every bite. The crab fries were great! The atmosphere is too bright, not a cool dinner vibe but the place is clean and well decorated. Id go here again for a boil!

Update: 2 Stars - August 2023 Well, we went back this week and had dinner here twice. We had the combo D meal and the Combo F. Both meals had muscles that weren’t fresh. The muscles tasted funny and we mentioned it to the waiter. We went back a couple of days later but unfortunately we experienced the same issue again, muscles tasting funny and not fresh. The waiter said it’s not something they have control over. Come on now! If a customer said some of that seafood is not fresh at least taste it yourself and reevaluate!
