Jack's Outback Restaurant

First, this place is great. Very local, hometown family owned place. Love that. Food is good and we go often. The lemon poppy French toast is awesome!! An the home fries! yum. Only bad I have to say is for the owner and not meant to diss the restaurant. (So please dont let this stop you from going, it really a cool place). So...This last time we went (10/4/25) the server was so unfriendly and un attentive that I really want you to know. While we love Jack's and will always come, know that this server should be let go and in no way represents your restaurants great experience level we've known. Her name is Leanne. She needs to be trained in how to be an attentive, kind and friendly person. I watched her and she was the same with all her tables. Not good for your business. Hope this helps

Neat place with indoor and outdoor seatings. It was fairly hot outside so we prefer to avoid Had an excellent pulled pork sandwich (would be great to have pickles together with it ) , coffee is the usual diner experience. Loved the booth we got, next to the window. Classic friendly service. It seems they are more of a breakfast place though, since they close around 1pm.

The best breakfast I've ever had. I wish we lived around here. Definitely try their popover!

Stopped in for Saturday brunch around 10:30 and was seated right away. Drink orders taken and brought quickly. Started with a pop over, which was good. Breakfast was delivered relatively quickly and hot. Pancake batter wasn't great but blueberries were fresh. Eggs were prepared well, toast was well buttered and sides good. Chicken sausage was a good alternative meat option, very tasty. Would recommend

Terrific breakfast. Went during a snowstorm New Years Day and had a great time. Food came out quick and it was one of the best scrambles I’ve ever had. This will definitely become my go to breakfast place!
