Jack's Family Restaurant

This place is absolutely amazing with some beautiful people working there. Brianna was awesome. Loved the energy and the atmosphere. I admit I thought it was Jack in the box but was pleasantly surprised with everything. Will definately come back if I am in town. Highly recommend.

I'm not a regular but when I'm in town we eat here fairly regularly. Two weeks ago the drive through wasn't open so we had to go in but then we waited forever for a 3 piece chicken tenders and 2 strawberry pies. Then when they went to put the strawberry pies in our bag they said "these are old" and threw them in the trash. They said they could give me two apple pies and I was so done I said fine and we left. Fast forward to the next Saturday and we wanter to pick up a quick lunch on the way into town. Everything went good this time. The drive in was back open and service was pretty fast. Got home 10 minutes later and sat down to eat. They had left out my nieces grilled cheese which was the reason we stopped there. The 3 chicken fingers baskets had about 4 fries each. My son, who

I have never been to Jack's prior to this visit. I have been here three times in the last 2 days. I would like to give a special thank you to Brianna one of the young ladies who works here at the restaurant. She was very friendly,very professional and made this a great experience for myself and my husband. Most of the time when you go to fast food restaurants you rarely encounter people with great customer service skills. Brianna goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the service received and with the food as well. I had never even heard of Jacks, but it has quickly become one of my favorite spots to eat here in Troy Alabama. Thank you Brianna for such great hospitality.

I went there and ordered from the catering menu and didn't realize it but the manager said give me 1 hour and she will have my order done.I went to Troy Alabama at 5:56 pm and my food was done at 6:12 pm . I want to say thank you to that manager . I was so happy ,I give them 110 percent. Food was yummy.

I ordered a breakfast special with no gravy with extra grits they said they were out of grits. I asked if they could give me extra eggs they said no. When my order came out I had eggs and and bacon they had put gravy on the plate even after I told them I didn't want gravy. There was so much gravy that it was all over the eggs and bacon i could not eat it i just threw it away. I just left and went somewhere else to eat. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
