Jack's Family Restaurant

The service is great. The food is normal, but the dining area and serving area were not clean.

Everything went great on this visit. The cashier was able to give me the $2 off a combo, even there POS system didn't recognize the QR code that was on my Jack's app. They made my sandwich just the way I asked them to & it was delicious. The fries were also great, cooked perfectly & hot & fresh. My receipt listed Hannah as the cashier & she couldn't have been nicer, and easier to work with.

Ordered 2 deluxe breakfast to dine in. I had to get napkins and go to drink fountain and get water to clean table before I sat down. When got food it was cold and coffee was cold also. Workers behind the counter where very the worst I have ever seen. Hollering at Marty the whole time we was there. The dinner area is a mess needs a good cleaning. Front counter worker let lines get long before approching to take a order. Thank you and I really have been to a lot of Jacks. Jack's is one of my favorites. Not Savannah TN. Hopefully you can improve.

$12.00 for some of the tiniest chicken fingers served in town. I live the taste but that's too much for small tenders. Edit: Here we are 5 months later, and the chicken has gotten smaller than it was before!

Usually a fan of jacks but just had an experience that was frankly baffling. Apparently its impossible for them to do a split payment, this is the first time ive been to any establishment that cant do this. Not sure if the employees are incompetent or if the company as a whole is incompetent but in the modern day and age this is unacceptable. We arent in the pre 2ks anymore theres 0 reason why i shouldnt be able to do a split payment
