Jack's Family Restaurant

I enjoy eating here. Food is always fresh! I haven't had a single bad experience yet. Everyone is friendly and very helpful making sure every order is made correctly. I grab my girls food here often before picking up from the preschool around 2pm. I haven't gotten a chance to grab the woman's name yet but she may be a manager, working drive thru and front counter often. She is AMAZING! I highly recommend this location!

When we arrived there was plenty of parking and only a few customers inside. My wife and I ordered the deluxe breakfast 1 with bacon,1 with sausage patties and 2 soda's. We paid, sat down and waited for our food. After a few minutes I went back up to the counter and our food was sitting. Most of our food was cold, not 2 eggs on each plate even if you were to put the 2 plates together. Also forgot the hashrounds on each plate. Clean restaurant with a fireplace like the other Jack's we've been too. But definitely not going to return to this location. Too bad just when we thought we've found our go-to restaurant.

Great food, great service, and a welcoming family atmosphere. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the staff was super friendly. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely a go-to family restaurant! The burger was juicy, the bacon was cooked just right, fries were hot and fresh, and the mac & cheese was creamy and comforting. The chicken sandwich was flavorful, and the pies were the perfect sweet ending. Great food, great quality, and a true family restaurant experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The service was great and the restaurant was clean. All of the staff encountered were nice and helpful. The food -from the fries to the burgers to the milkshake to the crushed ice- was pretty good and fresh. Also had a chicken wrap. The dipping sauces are good and compliment the burger and the fries well. Kudos to Jack's.

Great fried chicken. The rest of the food is really good too. The staff is great. The atmosphere is perfect, almost like having dinner at home, in front of the fireplace and TV. And biscuits! I NEVER eat my biscuit when we eat out. I always give it away. EXCEPT! At Jacks. Their biscuits are the first thing I eat! And the gravy is to die for. So, yeah. It's a regular stop for us now.
