Jack's Family Restaurant

Ordered a catfish filet basket comes with advertised as 3 catfish FILETS side of fries and biscuit. I also ordered a large Coke. Received a large Coke. Fries biscuit 3 catfish NUGGETS Quite the scam. I zoomed in on the picture so you can see the Lawrenceburg TN version of catfish "FILETS" The biscuit has a weird smell to it like it was made with spoiled ingredients. They included sauce- that I didn't ask for so thats that. For $9.31 i have fries, 3 catfish nuggets and a coke. ☺️

Ordered sausage biscuit combo on 6/18/25. The sausage appears broken off/ eaten off of. Was told to pull forward for hash browns. This restaurant just gets worse. Because I don't know if someone ate off the sausage or not, i had the hash browns with a coke. Ordered the chicken sandwich combo with a medium dr pepper extra ice. Was told to park and someone would bring it to me. Restaurants that have you park typical remove you from the drive thru lane because the order is being prepared fresh. I received barely lukewarm fries, a dried out and lukewarm chicken sandwich and a drink. So basically i just paid almost $9.00 for a drink I do not recommend this location. And this will be my last trip. Their food is not fresh unless you come after 7pm.

Jack's is absolutely a great choice! They have so many choices from breakfast to lunch to dinner. We were there for dinner and ordered the fried chicken. It was delicious! No more KFC for me ever! The chicken is better than KFC and the price much more reasonable. Definitely recommend Jack's!

Surprisely good Chicken fingers with white gravy. And opted in for hand scooped Chocolate Shake- a major win!All from the comforts in the car through the drive through. Great southern comfort food in a hurry :) thanks.

I wish they had a 6 star because I would definitely give it. The burger was by far the best I've had hands down. Staff was very friendly and wait time was super short. I'll be back for certain.
