Jack's Family Restaurant

Night shift! Ordered food said it would be ready by 6:56 pm. Our food was cold and nasty 🤢. The hamburger tastes like it was dug out of trash and urinated on. Honest to God it tastes like pee on it. We couldn't eat our food. Coke was dite coke. We've also been in the store during the night shift time and one woman walked by us smelling like alcohol/ not rubbing alcohol either. Y'all need to get better management and get that store back in order. Do random drug test and CLEAN THE STORE!!! Also find people that can follow the orders because we got food that we didn't order and was missing fries. I have family that has said they have seen roaches. We spent almost $60.00 for food that we couldn't eat.

Quick service. Friendly staff. Online order. Ready when I got there! Only complaint is the 10 piece chicken has two “chef choice” pieces. I got three wings. I personally W would prefer chicken pieces that have a little more meat to them than wings.

I do not recommend going to this restaurant. During mid day hours until staff switches out for a night shift. The Daytime crew is completely incompetent, except people like the managers. There is either missing items or wrong items. Try and get the item corrected and it's still made wrong even after you told them exactly how to make it or your food is ice cold. If you order a sandwich, check the buns. Because half the time, either the top or the bottom is brick hard or stale. I have only noticed this during the midday shift. The breakfast shift is not like this, nor is the night shift. On a different subject, but still pertaining to the same company their app, it does not work half the time. Everything was pretty good except the last 3 times we have came, we never get napkins in the bag. If it wasn't thru the drive thru i would understand to get them but its in the drive thru, they should be put in there.

Emily and her team is always great at taking care of their customers. Jacks is a very busy restaurant. For the team working always remember serve one customer at a time and smile even if they are being rude and disrespectful. Bottom line yalls team is doing the best they can and I appreciate y'all .
