Burger King

The last two trips to BK, both I ordered online & picked up. One I went inside to pick up, long line of cars. Two I went thru drive thru. Inside no one waited on me for at least 5 mins. when checked food in my car, had to go back in because ketchup was all over the burger when I specifically said NO ketchup. This happens at least once every other week. They remade it. Second time, I got home & there was no mustard & I asked for extra mustard & mayo. Only got the mayo but at least no ketchup. Also I ordered a Hershey syrup ice cream sundae & was given the Hershey pie. No explanation. I just think they get in a hurry & in a habit of making food the same way all the time that they do not pay attention to orders. The employees are always nice & I enjoy our BK. I just wish they'd pay attention

Person at register had an attitude towards my wife and I about the prices of a coffee. Orange juice bottles aren't even cold. The proper attire for the restaurant is not being met either. Some with different hoodies that doesn't apply to the restaurant. DEFINITELY not CORE ready.

Well I am being generous with the 3 stars - the 3 stars is for all my experiences with BK here, not this last time in particular. I say that because of the piece of PLASTIC wrapping I was chewing on that was inside my sandwich. How does one not even notice they left a plastic wrapper on the cheese which I assume it came from?! Disgusting. I have had another instance in the past where they gave me wrong items (drink was wrong kind and gave me fries not onion rings once), but mostly the food has been good and service not bad. Just disappointing to get this far in a sandwich and not want to eat the rest after finding this plastic in it…god knows what bacteria was crawling all over that when they placed it in there

I love this Burger King. First of all Burger King wins all categories hands down it's not even remotely close. Best fries, best burgers, best drinks best dessert. They had the any flavor drink coke machine before anyone else introduced us to a cherry vanilla root beer because why not ya know. But this store in particular goes above and beyond the call of duty, let me explain. I get ice cream cones from all over town all over the state I'm a service tech I travel a lot. They'll go so far here as to give me cones on occasion as if it was there fault I asked for one but the machine was being cleaned. Needless to say the staff will ALL go above and beyond to please the customer and make the service worth stopping in for. All the stars. Look at the size of this Cone 👀🍦🎉🧠

My wife went out to burger King so we didn't have to cook after church. She wasn't gone 10 minutes tops red lights and all .we sat down to eat and both of our wrappers was all dried out and hard. I could understand if the place wyd busy but we were the only customers. When my wife got home and we tried to eat our food and I realized how bad it was.i called the store to let them know the guy that answered the phone was rude almost aggressive towards me. Like I offended him. I feel like when a person spends their hard earned money for a meal it should at least be eatable and not have to listen to some kind with a chip on his shoulder give you the what for. That places management is a joke for letting stuff like this go on.
