Jack's Family Restaurant

Food was not up to Jack's standard. We had to be pulled up & wait on food that came out cold & hard (only 1 order of hashbrowns were hot). Idk what is going on but the eastman location has gone down hill. They used to be so good.

I entered & there were so many people waiting for food. I placed my order for 2 sausage biscuits & waited 27 minutes to get them. They were not filling orders inside, but filling orders for the drive through. Eastman, GA Jack's use to be good, fast & friendly, but not anymore. People were complaining about the wait & orders filled incorrectly. We most likely will NOT go back. Our biscuits were dry & crumbled apart. We couldn't even pick them up to eat. We just left. I have photos of our food, if you care to see what they are serving. What a shame to spiral down so quickly.

Eastman Georgia very good get the vanilla milkshake biscuit cheeseburger and fries with ranch dipping sauce I’m not a big chicken eater but people say it’s amazing A********

I come 3-5 days a week after work and everything is always perfect. From the service to food quality. Ashley and Lexi are always nice and doing their jobs

I waited in line 40 minutes this morning just to order. I never even got to put my order in! I left the line for fear I’d be there another hour waiting on a sweet tea. Usually way quicker service. What happened??
