This Jack's never disappoint my food is always hot and fresh. Every chance I get to go to Dawson I have to stop by. One day I went for lunch and those biscuits made me turn around and order more. Went back that night right before closing and the food was just as fresh. Great job Dawson please continue to serve fresh food with great customer service.
Felt very homey. There's a fireplace(not lit because it's July) and nice signs on the walls. I had sides to eat: mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, and cole slaw. Hubby had a cheese burger meal. The food was FANTASTIC! TV was a game show that I would've watched at home. It had me laughing. Steve Harvey on Family Feud.
I have visited Jack's at other locations and the service was ok, but this particular location I visited was great! The order was correct and each meal we ordered was in its individual bag. Condiments was in the bag and according to my family, everything was good 👍. Thank you for great customer service. 👏
Beat team ever…. Would come back anytime. They were fantastic with our little one. Food and service 5 stars, even without coleslaw.
Latosha waited on me. She showed professionalism. She was patient, she was very friendly, she kept a smile on her face the whole while. She really know how to treat her customers. Now I'll be coming there more often. She a sweetheart. ❤️
