Jack's Family Restaurant

Fries were not warm. Unsweetened tea was muddy. It has been good in the past but this looked and tasted nasty. The server was not able to offer a full cup of unsweetened tea as there was not enough remaining yet I paid full price for the meal.(I did not ask for another price.) Server was friendly and respectful.

It was 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we we here, and no one was in line but us. Then, someone had to go outside and find someone to take our order. I had no idea it would be another 45 minutes and still no food. Been here 55 minutes, no food. All I ordered was the 2 piece fried chicken special. O, by the way, no soap in the restroom and milkshake machine not working properly.

My family was going to stop at a restaurant in the square, but I could not find one we wanted. We knew the Jack's was ahead, so that's where we went. We have stopped here in the past for drinks and apple pie. This time, we all went in to sit down and eat. I ordered the 3 Piece Chicken Fingers. The rest of the family had sandwiches and milkshakes. Everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks. The chicken tenders had an excellent flavor and texture. Fries were great. I could not find anything negative about this restaurant. Maybe it has gotten better over time? This location is highly recommended!

Just left the restaurant. This is the second time i was told at the speaker I would have to wait fifteen minutes for fried chicken. After waiting for over 25 minutes, part of my order was forgotten. I hate to even leave a review here, but I don't know how else for the company to see this. I just want what I paid for, I love the taste of this food, but I am really sick of the terrible service. Lilly is the only one at the window that get's everything right. Everyone else has made mistakes on my order OVER and OVER. Please just train your employees or something.

I have visited Jack's several times now and everytime I am disappointed. My order is either wrong or cold or they are out of something. My husband's order is good but not mine. This time it was breakfast, bacon egg and cheese biscuit was cold and biscuit was hard around the edges. Please get yourself together because my husband loves this place.
