I ordered a special breakfast got charged for deluxe I hate hash browns, told the cashier said she couldn't change it. I told her the order name was Karl (Carl either way to spell it) she wrote carol so we waited and waited had to ask it was under wrong name so food was cold. Hope she gets better trained if she's new or moved to back line... was not happy!!

Very cool in lobby. Temp too cool to be comfortable. Rushed meal to get out of cold room. Can it be a degree warmer? Thanks from regular customer.

$3.29 for 3 bites of mac n cheese. When asked about portion sizes becuase usually the cup is full I’m given a generic answer with no offer to even fix the issue by the night manager.

I used to get breakfast here at the lenlock Al. Location at least 3 times a week around 530 am. (This is the only place between my house and work) About 50 percent of the time the biscuits were OK. The other times I just threw them away and eat the meat and eggs out of it. Today I stopped, got a bacon egg and cheese and smoked sausage. I asked for dark biscuits. They were cold, no taste whatsoever. I threw it away. Quick service, food is not good.

I visited this location last week. I used a coupon to purchase my meal. When I paid for the meal I told the cashier that I needed my receipt for my credit card, she rudely advised me she needed to keep it with the coupon. I told her no that I needed it for my records. She rudely slung my card and receipt and they landed on my lap. I contacted Amy at the Coldwater location and she put me in touch with Mr Hart the area district manager. He listen to my complaint and handled it accordingly. I frequent this location often because generally the food and service is great. Two managers Bri and Sandra are always supper polite and helpful, they always make sure my order is correct in a timely manner.
