Jack's Brick Oven Pizzeria Restaurant

Quiet, soft lighting, huge menu. The service is big-city quality. Our food was fresh and perfectly cooked. I have eaten there many times and would recommend any item you order. The pizza is crispy and very Italian, tastes of fresh sauce and cheeses. You cannot make a bad choice off their menu. I just keep going back! And a free slice of cake for my birthday was much appreciated.

Food here is amazing. I want to emphasize this place normally gets it right with orders. I did takeout for the first time on THEIR website which takes you to slice life to order online. I did not know it’s probably my fault, that shrimp was 2.50 a piece. There is not an option on slice life that is attached to the business page to select a quantity of shrimp which should be corrected so this doesn’t happen to someone else in the future. I also got a cheese slice instead of pepperoni. My regular pizza came out fantastic. The flavor and the service is wonderful here, but I didn’t know I’d be eating a salad with one shrimp until I got home and opened the bag.

Great experience. Went there on Valentine's day. Never been. Greated by a great host as well as the owner was there greeting us. Sat at the bar. The bartender was so nice and attentive. Made my expresso martini just the way I like it. Other servers so nice and talkative. We ordered a ham grinder and sausage and pepper grinder. Asked for extra sauce and it was so good. Can't wSit to go back and try the Sicilian pizza. It looked amazing The atmosphere was also nice and so clean

First time trying jacks and was impressed with the quality and service. The food is very expensive but the quality is worth it. I had to try the large buffalo pizza after spending the last 3 years of my life in buffalo. The pizza was nearly perfect the actual buffalo sauce lacked spice and the dough could have been more pillowy, Thick and soft. I was not dissapointed with it still very tasty. I tried the garlic Knotts they were very buttery but lacked seasoning. The lasagna was Amazing looking and tasting. Would absolutely recommend if you are willing to pay the prices.

We went to Jack's in Norwich tonight. Valentine Day. It was again the best restaurant ever. Our server Erica. The best. All the servers are all wonderful there. Every time we go there the food is excellent. Jack the owner, wonderful. He cares about his customers. It is the best restaurant in CT.
