Jackrabbit Java

It has been quite a bit since I've come back, as another coffee chain had a hold on me, but I really wanted to try their Lotus again. The unmentioned coffee chains don't offer Lotus drinks. Today, Jackrabbit Java did not dissappoint. They helped me curate my drink and went above and beyond with their customer service. I appreciate their kindness today, 3/2/2026, and I will be returning more often. Simple drink idea: 6 pumps of Pink Lotus and Coconut Cold foam....gorgeous and tasty!

The service was friendly with a smile. And also very very fast. This is a drive up drive thru location only. My strawberry banana smoothie was just okay, because it had a small hint of coffee taste, which isn't good for a smoothie. My wife enjoyed her coffee however.

Went through the drive through. There were many options and the employee was patient and helpful. I chose a cold brew and added cold foam, my friend ordered the layered caramel macchiato. The prices were reasonable and comparable to other coffee shops. We were both satisfied and happy with our drinks. I would come back here anytime.

No help from staff with recommendations on the menu as it was my first time there. I decided to order the dirty chia latte iced because I feel like you can never go wrong with that drink. I was dead wrong. when I spoke to the girl about how my dirty chia latte doesn’t taste like chia only coffee and that the shots were brunt, she didn’t know what to say or do and eventually after giggling so much said she would let the owners know… no offer to remake/replace my drink. I was pretty disappointed playing 8 bucks for an awful drink I had to just toss after a few sips.

Absolutely love this spot! I ordered the iced lavender latte and it was delicious—smooth, perfectly balanced, and just the right hint of floral without being overpowering. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. You can tell they care about the coffee and the people. Definitely a hidden gem—can’t wait to come back!
