I saw this place on an Instagram post asking for the best food spots in Buckeye, and I swear 90% of the comments said Hernandez BBQ, so I had to try it. OMG I was not disappointed! This place is bomb. I honestly can’t even pick a favorite because everything was so good. The brisket melts in your mouth, the ribs fall right off the bone, and the pork belly burnt ends were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. And don’t even get me started on the banana pudding… it’s to die for! I can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu. The burrito is definitely next on my list!

Ordered two 2-meat plates plus sides - Brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, macaroni & cheese, potato salad, jalapeño beans, creamed corn, bbq sauce and dinner rolls.

My husband and I tried their barbecue once and we’ve never looked back—we haven’t gone to another BBQ spot since! The quality and flavor are absolutely top-tier, and the customer service is just as amazing. We’re obsessed with the ribs, mac & cheese, and beans—and don’t even get us started on the drinks… they’re out of this world! 🔥 Trust us, once you try them, you won’t want barbecue from anywhere else.

Hands Down the best bbq you can try. This has become my weekly staple at this point and there’s not a single food item you can go wrong with. Chris and his family put their heart & soul into preparing their food and they take care of their customers well. I’ve tried every single one of their meats and sides at this point and I make sure no food ever goes to waste and will eat everything as leftovers if not eaten the same day. Their pork belly & brisket are to die for and if there are ever days that they’re serving the Dino ribs, you’ll want to call ahead because they sell out fast.
