Jack in the Box

Wow, very impressed! I can't believe I'm sitting here writing a review for a fast food location. But this one is well deserved. Kind of complex order in the Drive-Thru, lots of kids and changing items. Rene, did an exceptional job listening and changing all the orders coming from the kids. He even double-checked every bag as it came through the window to us, and everybody got exactly what they ordered! I thought for sure it'd be a disaster, but Renee absolutely did fantastic, and we're writing this review because we're all so impressed! Great service!

Ordered a burger combo and the burger itself was hot, fresh, and cheesy. The drink was ice-cold and the order was packed well for takeout. The only downside was the fries — most were good, but a few tasted like they’d been sitting too long. Still a decent experience overall, just not quite 5-star worthy.

Ordered for in the drive through there were no car the whole time we were there. We paid, we were asked to pull forward to #1 or #2 spot to wait for our food. When they brought us the food we asked for another large bag and she said no we can't. So we left. We were halfway to the hotel and checked the food and they shorted us 2 of our large fries, so we had to go all the way back to get them. This was not the best experience at a jack in the box for us. Hopefully their customer service gets better.

I want to share my recent experience. One of the employees I believe his name was Yefferson — was very unprofessional, rude, and came across as harassing. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable, and I don’t think any customer should be treated that way. However, I do want to point out that the restaurant itself was extremely clean, and the food was amazing. The in person experience was great overall, but the customer service from that particular employee definitely needs improvement.

They were out of everything…ranch majority of the drinks and other items. Asked for barbecue sauce and was given expired buffalo sauce. Team seems like they don’t want to be there. Then employee sighed at me when I spilled my water outside of the establishment. Find another Jack in the box everyone.
