Jack in the Box

This is the slowest Jack I have ever been to. Knowing better, I tried to give it another try tonight. Without another car in the drive thru, I was asked to wait. A few minutes later, I just left. Last visit, I had to wait almost an hour to get food with 3 cars in front of me. Not worth the visit.

Worst service, drive through takes at least 15 minutes. I was here before and it took them 20 minutes. I’m sitting here after going through the drive through waiting for my food in the waiting stall. I even have time to write this thing. There’s about 5 people waiting. Sucks 20 minutes later. Still here

The food is good at this location. But the waiting time in the drive thru when there is no other cars here is crazy. 15+ minutes waiting for our food. This is the third time we have came here in the last couple months. My husband and I can only see 2 employees working everytime we come. I think the waiting times could be improved if there was enough staff.

Last night we went out of way to drive to Syracuse from Layton even though we have a Jack here and still can’t believe just how awful the food was, except maybe the fries. I had the worst driest burger on the planet as my photos show and even had waited for over 10 minutes to place my order in the store. I like leaving positive reviews when it’s warranted but seriously Jack, you disappointed us big time and what a waste of time and money. I took a few bites and in the trash the burger went. We traveled to Syracuse location from Layton because we felt it wouldn’t be as busy, which we were correct. I took these photos to show others what they can expect and it’s not good. I would hope you will improve in the future and I think I’ll stick with my 2 tacos, onion rings and drink next time. May

The past three times I have stopped and and got the supreme sourdough breakfast sandwich the individual working and it’s always the same person doesn’t put bacon on. It doesn’t put cheese on it. I can't even say it was a one time incident because the third time in a row I’ve been there and it’s the third time this person just throws a piece of ham, egg and butter to toast and says here you go and something that resembles cheese. now that still taste good mind you but you’re charging me for something that has other items on it that are not there. i’m willing to wait if someone’s willing to take the time to make it correctly.
